Gluteos implant

In a body beautiful, healthy and harmonious, the outlines of gluteo is much appreciated. However, some factors such as sedentary lifestyle, age and genetics may make the gluteal fallen, and with little  projection. The surgery is performed through an incision in the groove between both gluteos, seven centimeters in length, which is barely noticeable. It is used a cohesive silicone prosthesis in the region of greatest gluteal muscle, which protects the prosthesis and provides a natural appearance and silent to the touch or the look. It may be associated with a graft of fat in the gluteal region to improve the final result of surgery, and this fat is removed by liposuction one.

The surgery is performed under general or epidural anesthesia, and the procedure takes about 90 minutes. The patient should avoid to lie down or sit on the prostheses in the first 14 days after surgery that does not break points in the skin and into deep. The risks of rupture or displacement of prostheses are low, but it is indispensable to follow the medical guidelines, because each patient has a particular development and recovery.

Patients can usually stroll in the postoperative period, and return to physical activities in 30 days.
